Decided to start tracking calories again. My Blood sugar is of the charts (bad) taking Metformin 500 twice a day and it seems to not be working as well as it used I to need to start exercising again. With diet alone I’ve lost almost 10 lbs this last month. Turning 29 on the 27th ... trying to see if by a miracle I can get to 299 by then. Pre birthday wish. 🤗
