From Higi, Weight 185 lbs, BMI is 28 (Overweight), Body Fat is 26.8% (Acceptable). Using BMI scale for 5'8" my Ideal Weight would be between 120 - 170, giving me a BMI of 18 - 25. BMI < 18 is underweight. BMI between 25 - 30 is Overweight. BMI above 30 are progressing levels of obesity. So, I set Weight Goal at 172 lbs.
83.9 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
