Did not exactly follow my diet yesterday. I went to Ikea and the talapia looked do good. I had that with 2 potatoes catkes and mango chutney. I was certain that I would have gained weight, but I walked and shopped for 7 hours and ended up loosing .8ld. Woohoo.
