Not a GOOD day - to put it mildly - I ate a lot of ‘crappy’ food - and too much of it - then bought alcohol - food - and alcohol - are very much means of ‘superficial comfort’ for me - SO much going on that I am responding negatively to - however - I am really glad I am on this journey along with you - thank you so much for listening and helping me forward no matter how long it takes me - I am finally looking to take responsibility and acknowledge how I live my life in relation to how I seek ‘comfort’
