BUsy day yesterday, did not have lunch. Had a solid banana and some grapes :( no time to juice anything :(
BUt will start again today, no worries. Keep positive and watch the weight drop.
I got myself a Vitamix, it work wonders, don't need to get rid of the fibres in the juice, it pulps and juices everything. Mades a fruit smoothie this morning, no dairy though.
