Hi Nancilaw, your losses have been typical for starting keto. If you stay with it, your body will continue to adapt; but the losses will slow down. If you aren't tracking calories, please start; at our ages (I'm 63) and being T2D, weight loss can be very slow. Please make sure you are getting enough protein - I neglected that for a year; now I am working out with weights to restore muscle tone and volume.
