JW2BH, I just read your bio. You've struggled against your father's negative programming as I've struggled against my mother's. How fantastic that you recognize and are dealing with it at your young age! I wish I'd had that insight at 26! You go, girl!!

I truly feel logging your food is how you are successful, after you realize how terrible some of the food your eating is it's a huge eye opener. I find myself never wanting to get in the RED, over my calories. This app is great, I think it's also the love and support from everyone here.
Our lives are a huge part to weight loss and this is a great community to share all aspects and give great advice...
