i could easily eat more veggies. its hard to cut out carbs as there is carbs in fruit. the sugar in fruit is absorbed by the body diff than in sugary foods

I love to do so just need to learn more recipes. I found nutriway organic all plant protein powder so helpful too adding that to my soups or food. Has 0.3 g carb per 100 and no sugar or other stuff, it’s from soy whey and some other plants
