Been looking at a lot of healthy recipes and food blogs... but to find the time to cook healthy meals? Not successful yet. It seems like if I make myself prepare foods ahead of time and ready to heat up during the week, I will do better at not eating fast food.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 18.1 kg.    Still to go: 4.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Do you have a slow cooker? I've found that it's really easy to make healthy meals this way. Just prep everything in the morning and it's done when you get home. Also, you can make a bunch of soup if you don't mind have the same meal every night. Good luck with whatever you choose!
