I think maybe I hit on the right formula. I've also kept up the 64 ounces of water this week. Thank you!

Under 2050 if I exercise and 2200 if I don't (based on my resting metabolic rate). For every 5 pounds I lose, I figure I'll reduce each by 25 calories. And if that stops working, I'll figure something else out :)
