Well, we had a great time with family this weekend in Alabama. Lots of laughter, swimming with the kids, playing games, talking about old times, and ... of course, enjoying good food! I was really BAD on Saturday, but recovered (food-wise) yesterday. My weight is still reflecting my bad choices on Saturday, but I know that I can pull it back down. It's back to the gym & eating right today! Hubby & I are off work together today, so I am looking forward to it! Wish me luck! ;)
