So I did a crazy yesterday : I got on the scale carrying the dog, fully clothed in heavy jacket and boots with keys in my pocket. Obviously scale shot up, but it amazed me that it was still less than my starting weight! It made me grateful for the accomplishment thus far, and was just the boost I needed to stay on the course!

Well done Gqibelo! It shows you how far you have come!! (When I need to weigh my dog, I make my husband get on the scale and he does it in your "crazy" style: fully clothed, junk in his pockets - phone, keys, wallet - and holds the dog!! So your comment made me smile.) What kind of dog do you have?
