Here we go again and again. I've tried calorie counting, protein w/no carbs, Suzanne Sommers diet, you name it. I lose 2 lbs then gain. So, i am back on calorie counting. I will try to eat 1300 or less calories and see where that leaves me in one week. I know if I can stay closer to 1100 calories, then I will lose weight. Plus I will work out 3-7 times a week.
