I am so proud of myself.....I walked two times today...both times for 45 mins...I have to stay on this track if I want to lose this weight, witch I DO! so I have to keep it up!
95.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 22.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
