One stone since March. Step after step I advance. Onederland is coming into sight. Of course, having written this, my weight will stay flat for the next fortnight.
97.4 kg Lost so far: 12.8 kg.    Still to go: 21.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
