1.8kg loss....somehow I thought it can't ever be but I weighed 5 times to make sure so this

be a gift from GOD👣

143.5 kg Lost so far: 41.6 kg. Still to go: 43.5 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Losing 12.6 kg a Week
