31.7kg lost - goal weight reached at 65kg. Sitting at 58.3.. Over the moon. Now just to keep it there :)

Congratulations!!! Did you calorie count or exercise or both and any tips to share? What was your strategy? I have the same goal weight, but been struggling with the last 4kg for months now so any advice would be appreciated.

Hi I started my journey last May 2018. I reached my goal in November 2018. I did 2 days of IF - where I only had black coffee without sweetener. Normally on a Monday and Wednesday. I did count calories but not documented. I watched the labels. A lot of water. I did not attend a gym but started doing my own house chores - so it was like a cardio workout each night :)

@Nikina70 try doing a high calorie day or 2 just to boost your metabolism again. Your body might just be used to the way you are eating... Do something different, like start drinking more water or taking a brisk walk. Taking the stairs and not the elevator. Small things will make a huge difference.
