Badan melar lagi tp menurunan dikit bgt krna gak prnah olahraga selalu makan di 800-900 dibawah BMR. Rekomendasi olahraganya dong kk yg sangat berpengaruh tp jgn weight lifting yaaaa

Pertama tama, makannya dibenerin dulu kaak, makan di atas BMR dulu. Karena diet itu 80% makanan 20% olahraga.
