This may sound like a contradiction, but you may not be eating enough. If you consume too few calories it slows down your metabolism. Did you compute your RDI using the FatSecret RDI calculator? It's usually pretty accurate. Also, try and get more physical activity - even if it's just walking. That should speed up your weight loss.
