I am dropping a pounds a day right now. I go through a plateau then I drop 2-3 pounds. It feels great. I make mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, rice etc. for my family and last night I fixed my 3 year old some ice cream. My husband asked me - "is it torture for you to get her the ice cream" I told him "not really" and that is the truth. I can be around people eating carbs and even prepare the food and it is not tempting for me. I guess I have really broken the addiction to carbs and sugar. Most of the time I only get weak if I am starving because I havent eaten in a few hours.
103.0 kg Lost so far: 27.7 kg.    Still to go: 32.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

good for you im still at the i hate serving my family all the yummy carb stage cant wait to get past it

I think you're right about the making sure you don't get hungry. I think that could be my downfall. Not enough of the right foods in my house. I think i'll buy some scales to keep at home. Maybe i would be spurred on if i could check my weight more often. I still like the diet but i need to stick to it more rigidly. On the plus side i have been doing lots of walking. And i got my ketone sticks today. Keep up the good work : )
