I am dropping a pounds a day right now. I go through a plateau then I drop 2-3 pounds. It feels great. I make mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, rice etc. for my family and last night I fixed my 3 year old some ice cream. My husband asked me - "is it torture for you to get her the ice cream" I told him "not really" and that is the truth. I can be around people eating carbs and even prepare the food and it is not tempting for me. I guess I have really broken the addiction to carbs and sugar. Most of the time I only get weak if I am starving because I havent eaten in a few hours.
