So... I dropped two pounds! Which actually feels pretty amazing because I've been stuck in the same spot for so long.

Hopefully I can keep it off and keep losing... I'm actually at my starting point again, it seems... which is better than being over it. Have to lok on the positive side!
58.1 kg Lost so far: 0.9 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
