the last several weeks really had me all over the place. i binged for at least the last month and a half of school, but at least i didn't significantly gain. i passed my world exam though and received A's in all my classes 🎉 i've been slowly averaging back down since summer started but it's hard. i also desperately need to tone because i'm starting to notice loose skin. ugh, here we go !!
88.2 kg Lost so far: 25.2 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
