Thank you for your support S&P, you're right - it may be the injection and anti inflammatory pills 😘 i'm totally unphased 😊 Its part of the process. Some days the scale is up and other days down, but the average overtime is a downward trend. I've learnt a lot from following my graph on this app not to let the up days get to me... My weight loss plan is a long term one where I practice IF 16:8, calorie restriction (+-1300-1500 cal) and exercise 3-4 weeks... Doing it this way gives me a lot of flexibility and I find it has been the most sustainable for me. I also weigh daily so that I can be more mindful of how various things like different foods, alcohol, hormones etc affect my weight. The scale doesn't scare me anymore 😎 80/20 💪👈
