I dont know what is going on. The other day whenever I said I was bloated as can be, I seriously was. I know I shouldnt have weighed but Saturday night before I went to bed, I was 187.4 lbs. I started to freak out because I hadnt made a HUGE change in my diet and I didnt understand why the huge amount of weight gain. My stomach was killing me and I just really dont know how to explain all that was going on. So, it was kind of a surprise whenever I stood on the scale and saw the 179 this morning. I have been eating, not starving myself. I'm continuing on, hoping to see more loss.
