Waaaay Happier than last week, lose almos 5 pound and I'm my TOM, tho to be honest, I went hungry this week for lack of snacks!!
183.0 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 92.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
