This is good, but is it good enough? I've got a long, long way to go to reach my goal. I'm still short of my next short term goal, which is 4 stone since March. But as my mother would say non toudo é chegar i encher (or, in this case, non toudo é chegar e perder).
148.1 kg Lost so far: 4.7 kg.    Still to go: 71.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
