it was really hard to stay on track, but i did it! the scale really helped reinforce my dedication to keep my carb intake down. i love how i feel, and can't wait to get back into my skinny jeans in january!
71.7 kg Lost so far: 7.7 kg.    Still to go: 1.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
