So here I am from February 2018 til now I have gained and unwanted 40-/+ pounds. Ugly thing for me, especially being vertically challenged. Last summer I tried Keto. Great foods, but I couldn’t adapt well. The cheese and egg overload was addicting, putting it honestly. Two weeks ago I did hit just over 190. I wanted to cry, but most of know that doesn’t help. Talking to my son, he graciously reminded me that I need to cut my caloric intake. No matter how healthy I was eating I was still having too much. Easy thing to do when healthy tastes good. Right?During the time we spoke he always reminded of this app. Glad he did. So I can now see what I am doing/not doing. Police myself. Exercise needs to be moderate since also being diagnosed with DDD. I prefer strength over aerobics, dont know why... but I do am not ‘allowed’ to do that so I am a bit
