alkhamdulillah.... akhirnya 10 kg loss.. diet santai, kenyang dan bisa makan enak, biarpun lagi menyusui asi lancar badan segar puasa lancar
68.4 kg Lost so far: 10.1 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
