Went home last night, not via the bottle shop, and took Timmy for a brisk 2km walk - doesn't sound that far but up hill for half of it & both of us DON'T walk so big effort - he thought I was going to carry him home but at 41kg that's not going to happen. Did us both good I'm sure, had dinner just after 6pm then bed early to watch a bit of tv then an ok night's sleep
