I weighed for the first time in over a year. I gained all my weight back :( I have set a new goal to loose 25lbs by Sept.15th. Back on my nutrition/exercise program. I can do this AGAIN!
68.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 14.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
