I go for Monday mornings as a moment to face the realities of the weekend, then Wednesday & Friday.
Daily is a good habit to be in but as already mentioned, weight can fluctuate quite a bit across the week so keep in mind that the trend is more important than individual numbers

I weigh every day. Trying to get in the habit of logging here each Monday. The daily numbers don’t matter too much, but they keep me from slacking off.

Wow thank you everyone for the helpful comments! I think maybe I will do Mondays and Fridays. I like cannboys’ idea of having a starting place for my week too (especially when a few 🥃 are bad over the weekend 😅 )
