Still sore from the intense workout. Yowza. Dragging tires, alternating lunges, pull-ups, squats, partner pulling, and running. Very tired.
122.0 kg Lost so far: 9.1 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Note what you are doing in the exercise category...they have an 'other' section where you can customize it for yourself. Plus there are search engines to give you an estimate of what you are buring (calorie wise) to help calculate your calorie burn. Switch to brown rice if you can...white rice can be sneaky calories. Good luck!
