Almost at GOAL!!! I am almost 62 and I have some health issues and have no medical doctor. I am working to improve my health. I do see a nurse prac. a couple times a year. I don't know how much more I should work at losing.
Maybe next year I will be able to see a doctor. I do turn 62 in April. I have lost 144.4 pounds of fat. I started LCing March, 2011
