Stayed the same. I'll take it. I ate a little more tha i probably should have yesterday considering i didn't exercise too much. i just walked around the Mall and through some museums. Still exercise though.
Back on track for eating and trying to fight this damn cold. I have 11 days left and still about 4-5 lbs to lose.
87.1 kg Lost so far: 14.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
