I don't know why breaking into new numbers is such a tough thing to do - whether its physical or psychological - who knows. Don't get discouraged and don't start sliding back into old habits. You can do it! I'm a bit stuck myself, but its from dithering with eating choices, not a legitimate plateau. But here's to new numbers.

Have you tried the zero point WW soup? There's a recipe on here for it. It's basically a broth base with any veggies you want,(except potatoes)... celery, carrots, mushrooms, cabbage, etc. I add green peppers to mine. You can eat as much as you want of this stuff.

Once again thanks for the encouragment!! I ahve not tried the zero point soup, although I have eaten the progresso soups that are zero points, and they are pretty tasty!! I seriously think It may be time to actually start an excercise regimen...so far I've just been watching what I eat and doing some very moderate daily walking and such.
