All this walking is helping drop the weight but it is making me hungry grumpy too! Still trying to work out if I eat extra on those days as I don't always walk 2+ hours a day LOL
94.3 kg Lost so far: 6.2 kg.    Still to go: 29.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
