What a nice drop =) I am so proud of myself, I did the elliptical for an hour last night... AND I went to the gym by myself!!! I think I'm off to a good start. I'm working out with my friend Miriam today and Karen on Thursday. So far so good!
66.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
