Woohoo! Down 2.3 lbs since Tuesday morning. Went back to Zumba last night and remembered what a blast it is - and how sore it makes me in the morning.
68.8 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
