After my big weigh in last week, I ran for 15 minutes on Tues., Wed. and Sunday. I tried to minimize red meat and eat vegetarian meals at least 2 of the three meals a day. We ate quite a bit of cook out food with the 4th festivities. We did spend a lot of time on the lake skiing and tubing this weekend to make up for it.
61.5 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 4.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
