I put off weighing myself and stuff because I had balloooned up back to 190. I was shocked when I stepped ont he scale today and found I had hit 183. This is officially the lowest weight I have had since sometime in the misty years before 2010. I'm pleased but I want to try to hit 179 by mid May if I can manage to stay on track.
