I have been absolutely terrible at this the last two days. But, I am at least eating less after 8pm. Monday, I ate something without realizing because I was watching TV and had left food out. Two bits in I realized I had mindlessly picked something up and started eating. I was at least able to stop myself. Last night, I was unable to eat a dinner before 8 because of my schedule. I ended up eating dinner after 8, but I didn't pick up any snacks after that. Regardless, I am under 230 for the first time since I was on my way up, which is pretty cool.
103.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
