Can't believe I gained back so much weight. Feel like a complete failure in my life. On medication for severe arthritis of shoulder. Know that's not an excuse - but no exercise. My carbs are out of control. Just can't get enough sweets. Boredom is getting the best of me. And I feel miserable carrying all the weight I put back on.
