It's here! The 160's have finally arrived, just in time for Thanksgiving LOL. Going to try to keep it low these next 3 days so I don't have to worry about Thursday. Want to keep them around for a little while, until the 150's want to join the fun.
76.7 kg Lost so far: 17.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
