I have no idea what's going on, sticking perfectly to diet, if, but I am working out hard every day. I'm not sleeping well and super stressed and upset about Josh
71.8 kg Lost so far: 3.1 kg.    Still to go: 3.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 1.1 kg a Week

It is hard to lose with stress and lack of sleep. You will release a hormone called cortisol which hampers losses
