Back down today. Yesterday I stuck to my plan.
Today I'm being strict. Our dinner has more calories than I would like. It is anti-inflammatory and good for us, but still I would prefer it had less calories, I brought 60 calories worth of organic low sodium chicken broth and 65 calories worth of nut thins for lunch.
Honestly, the fast weight loss I think is due to my gut I've seemed to have had bowel issues the last few days (TMI) and I think that is why I'm losing so rapidly, but if it is helping I won't complain. I have been sticking to my plan and exercising and it is nice to see results even if they are being nudged in the right direction from some tummy trouble.
