2 minggu ini cuma ngurangin 0.5.. alhamdulillah sih.. tapi emg nyadar banyak makan junk food nya walau masi defkal, olahraga juga lagi nyoba nyoba yg lain biar ga HIIT cardio doang biar ga krempeng.. semangaaaattttt
