That's the goal I need to make. How long did it take you totally? I applaud your accomplishment. From March 3rd, I've lost 11. Your post gave me a boost. It can be done.

Katherinebrooks I started on July 4,2018. I simply cut out all junk foods,sugar, bread and started eating cleaner. The first 50\60 melted off quick. The rest has been harder but I’m not complaining.
