started body beast yesterday, pretty sure it's just that doing excellent on diet. also did 90 min otf sunday, Owen isn't sleeping

71.3 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
