Hve been gaining and loosing the same 4 lbs here the last couple of weeks. Measurements aren't moving much. Though wife says I look skinny (remember it is all relative). Would like to say goodbye to the 290's and jump down to the next level.

131.8 kg Lost so far: 20.6 kg.    Still to go: 29.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
